Job Description: Social Media Manager

Position Overview: The Social Media Manager will oversee and drive engagement across the companys social media platforms. The primary focus will be on creating impactful content, increasing brand visibility, and fostering community engagement, specifically targeting customers, riders, and the general public. This role involves crafting compelling content, monitoring brand sentiment, and analyzing performance across various platforms, including the Corporate LinkedIn Page, Delhivery LinkedIn Support Page, Instagram, Twitter (Corporate and Support Page), and the Delhivery Riders' page on Instagram. Additionally, the role requires ensuring that all company details are regularly updated across these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead content planning and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter to elevate Delhivery’s brand presence.
• Corporate LinkedIn Growth: Expand our corporate LinkedIn page through high-impact content
• Customer Engagement & Brand Sentiment: Monitor and manage brand conversations, ensuring timely and brand-aligned responses, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Community Building – Delhivery Riders’ Page: Strengthen our rider network by sharing compelling success stories, fostering engagement, and amplifying community participation.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyze data trends, and refine strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PR, Brand, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.

Who You Are:

• 4 -7 years of experience in social media management, content strategy and creation experience. Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, with a strong understanding of engagement tactics and audience growth strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance, extract insights, and optimize content accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills and a keen sense of brand storytelling.
