Senior Manager - Process Engineering - Gurgaon

PFB the key responsibilities:

• Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide the actionable recommendations to the ops processes or to the client
• Responsible for new process design, process improvement, efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Analyze and interpret data; synthesize information from a variety of sources and zero down the right statistical approach to be used to solve the consumer problem
• Identifying & Tracking of the business KPI & associated metrics by highlighting progress and pro-actively identify issues / improvement areas
• Work with tech/product team and key stakeholders for analyzing the new improvements and assess the impact of new implementation
