Position Overview: Delhivery is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Corporate Trainers to join our team in Goa. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and assessing their effectiveness to ensure the continuous growth and development of our employees. This role involves working closely with employees to onboard, mentor, and support their learning journey while managing training budgets and maintaining training records.

Skills:

• Assessment: Identifying the training needs of the company and its employees
• Curriculum development: Selecting or designing a curriculum to meet the needs of the employees
• Training: Conducting training sessions, such as workshops and seminars, to teach employees
• Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of the training and making modifications based on the results
• Supporting employees: Onboarding new employees, providing guidance, and mentoring them
• Managing budgets: Managing training budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintaining records: Keeping records of training sessions and attendance
• Administering learning management systems: Launching and monitoring compliance training requirements

Qualifications:

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in corporate training or a related field is an advantage.
• Freshers or techers with a passion for learning and development are welcome to apply.
