Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring of pickers, packers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, agencies, and career fairs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage relationships with third-party staffing agencies and external vendors.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR operations for pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Build and maintain an effective candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
