HEAD MISTRESS

Responsibilities: Oversee daily school operations, including curriculum implementation and teacher management. Develop and enforce school policies and regulations. Mentor and support teachers to ensure high-quality education delivery. Monitor student performance and design improvement strategies. Organize and lead school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities. Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or a related field. 5+ years of experience in school administration or teaching. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IB curricula (preferred). Ability to inspire and lead a team of educators."
