Senior Consultant - SAP C4C Module (8-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP C4C configurations and integration for Energy/Utilities clients.

- Oversee Meter-to-Cash flow processes, ensuring efficient configuration and management.

- Configure SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C), focusing on customer service processes, including Move-In/Out, Disconnection, and Reconnection.

- Integrate SAP C4C with backend systems like S/4 HANA or ECC, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.

- Configure C4C layouts, Business Roles, Code List Mapping, ID Mapping, and Key User Tools (KUTs).

- Manage integration of SAP C4C with SAP ISU modules, including Device Management, Billing, and FICA.

- Work on Service Order and Notification scenarios in the C4C-S4 environment with utilities.

- Participate in BPEM case integration and testing with C4C.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and implementing system enhancements.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement in utilities service management.

- Participate in end-user training, system testing, and quality assurance activities.

- Contribute to both Implementation and AMS (Application Management Services) projects.

Skills Required :

- 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM/C4C Consultant, specifically in the Energy/Utilities domain.

- Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash flow processes and their integration within SAP systems.

- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C) for utilities.

- Proven experience integrating SAP C4C with S/4 HANA or ECC, including data exchange and process synchronization.

- Working knowledge of C4C layouts, Business Roles, Code List Mapping, ID Mapping, and KUTs (Key User Tools).

- Configuration expertise in customer service processes such as Business Master Data, Front Office, Move-In/Out, Disconnection/Reconnection.

- Experience with integrating SAP C4C with SAP ISU modules, including Device Management, Billing, and FICA.

- Solid experience with Service Order and Notification scenarios in a C4C-S4 environment.

- Experience with BPEM case integration and testing in C4C.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve user issues and implement system improvements.

- Analytical mindset to assess and optimize existing processes.

- Flexibility to work on both Implementation and AMS projects
