Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Proactively reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
  • Set up and coordinate appointments, demos, and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and track engagement.
  • Sales & Business Development Support:
  • Assist in drafting sales proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Support the sales team by providing key insights on prospects.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Client Engagement & Retention:
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Track and document billable resources on client accounts.
  • Assist in contract renewals and client retention efforts.
  • Market Research & Outreach:
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Identify relevant trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Gather and report feedback from outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with Delaplex management, aligning with overseas client schedules.
  • Primarily support Delaplex and its affiliates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to schedule meetings and generate high-quality leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
  • Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. Starting with EST shift initially.
