Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for capacitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand market reach.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Technical Consultation:

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Present product features, benefits and applications to customers.
• Address technical queries and offer after-sales support.

Market Research:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the product team for potential enhancements or new product development.

Quotations and Proposals:

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.

Customer Engagement:

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical seminars and presentations to clients.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to represent the company.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and product positioning.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal closures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronic components.
