We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our Business Correspondent Network, driving growth, efficiency, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance, manage partnerships, and ensure effective payout management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Management: Oversee network operations, monitoring activation, churn, and average earnings.

2. Strategy Development: Design and implement network growth strategies, including incentive structures and promotions.

3. Payout Management: Manage payouts to partners, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

4. Partnership Management: Foster and maintain partnerships with retainers, partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.

5. Marketing and Engagement: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and drive business growth.

6. Performance Analysis: Analyze network performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with network operations.

8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

9. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of network coordinators and other support staff.

10. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in network management and experience in managing teams

Qualifications : Masters's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
