Green Agrevolution - MIS Manager - Revenue Assurance (8-14 yrs)

Summary: The MIS Manager - Revenue Assurance is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's Management Information System (MIS) while ensuring revenue accuracy, billing integrity, and cost control. This role involves managing key revenue assurance functions, implementing automation, and collaborating with business heads, CXOs, and operational teams to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP, analytics, and process automation.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Assurance & Billing:

- Oversee Billing, Inventory Control, Vendor Payments, and Revenue Assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Implement strategic process changes to improve billing accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and logistics efficiency.

- Ensure revenue completeness and prevent leakages through rigorous control measures.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives, significantly reducing per-transaction costs.

MIS & Process Automation:

- Successfully automated Purchase booking in SAP, tracking progress and implementing sales process automation.

- Manage SAP functionalities, including node and storage location creation, invoice format updates, and export sale invoice booking.

- Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and efficient monthly MIS reports, including KPI reports, sales reports, stock valuation, and financial reconciliations.

- Monitor and report on Proof of Delivery (POD) status, optimize KissFlow for POD tracking, and ensure timely receipt of PODs.

Inventory & Financial Controls:

- Monitor virtual stock levels, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and prepare weekly inventory reports.

- Oversee material rejection reporting and develop controls to minimize rejection cases.

- Track and update Credit/Debit Note (CN/DN) information and resolve reconciliation issues.

Collaboration & Compliance:

- Collaborate with Business Heads, CXOs, and operational teams to drive business performance improvements.

- Work closely with audit teams to ensure smooth audits and compliance, leading to audit reports free of compliance issues.

- Ensure adherence to financial controls, minimizing revenue leakage and improving efficiency.

Team Management & Development:

- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the analytical skills of team members and support their growth.

- Plan and manage team schedules, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

- Communicate daily sales reports and updates via relevant channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in MIS, Revenue Assurance, and SAP-based automation.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Experience in working with CXOs and senior management to drive strategic business improvements.
