Job Description:

Role: Network Administrator (Windows Server)

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Jeedimetla, Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling and Addressing User requests related to IT Equipments (Desktop/Laptop and other peripherals).
• Monitoring, Acknowledge and troubleshooting the server and services alerts received on monitoring platforms.
• Windows Server management
• Should be the first point of contact to resolve or respond to any query or issues related to Hardware, Software and Basic Networking faced by other departments.
• Should have experience
• Should be able to take the ownership of any issue.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including laptops, routers, switches, WAN, LAN.
• Knowledge in Office 365.
• Knowledge in user access management- Biometric and application access
• Knowledge in installing and monitoring Security systems like Antivirus and Firewall.
• Asset Management Naming, Tracking, and maintaining a report.
• Configuring routing, and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
• Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• CCTV Maintenance, VoIP phone and ISP.

Qualification and Skills

• Should have good knowledge of Windows Server management
• Should have knowledge of Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2016)
• Should have the knowledge of computer hardware parts.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus program
• Completed Computer Hardware, Network
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
