What does your day look like?
Utilize various channels and tactics to generate high-quality leads, including but not limited to outbound prospecting, email campaigns, social media outreach, content marketing, and networking
Research and identify potential clients within the fintech sector, understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors
Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to target key market segments and verticals
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and performance metrics, regularly reporting on progress and effectiveness
Continuously optimize lead generation processes and strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices

We are a perfect match if you have?
1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the fintech industry or related B2B/B2B2C sectors
Strong understanding of lead generation principles, techniques, and tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships
Growth mindset with a focus on understanding market and buyer personas
Analytical mindset with the ability to make sense of data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and success
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus
