Qualification | Experience

LLB/LLM from reputed law school with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in corporates

Job purpose

To assist lead legal in ensuring the organization has adhered to all applicable laws, rules & regulations of the country; ensure organizational legal matters are managed properly & efficiently through internal compliance mechanism and co-ordination with competent authorities

Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)

Drafting legal documents:

• Drafting, vetting, negotiation, and finalization of agreements vis Purchase agreements, service-related agreements, supply agreements, collaboration agreements, technical know-how agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employees related agreements, project related EPC/EPCM agreements, etc.
• Provide legal opinion on various legal issues
• Conduct due diligence of immovable properties
• Handling compliance management tools

Litigation Management

• Prepare legal notices and draft reply to legal notices.
• Keep track of legal matters
• Prepare, and provide documents to advocates, briefing advocates and senior legal counsels. Correspondence with legal counsels.
• Attend legal matters in various Courts
