Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Customer Requirement and suggesting the product.

2. Recommend, select, and help locate or demonstrate products based on customer needs and desire

3. Answer questions regarding the store and its product

4. Address the queries of customer regarding delivery, payment or any other issue

5. Maintain call log and Footfall log on daily basis

6. Communication & follow up with staff members for timely solution of customer
