Job Responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization:
   
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs to bring design concepts to life.
• Work closely with the design team to translate ideas into realistic visuals.
• Develop mood boards and material palettes to enhance design presentations.
2. 2D Drawings:
   
• Draft detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards in all technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the design team to make revisions based on client feedback.
3. Design Collaboration:
   
• Understand project requirements, design briefs, and client preferences.
• Support the design team in conceptualizing and refining design solutions.
• Stay involved in the design development process to ensure alignment between 2D and 3D outputs.
4. Quality Control:
   
• Maintain high standards in all visual and technical outputs.
• Regularly review and improve designs based on project goals and timelines.
5. Software Proficiency:
   
• Work seamlessly across 3D rendering and 2D drafting software.
• Stay updated on the latest visualization techniques and tools to enhance outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in 3D visualization and 2D drafting.
• Software Expertise:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Strong knowledge of 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and other graphic tools for post-production (preferred).
• Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and visualization abilities.
• Ability to understand and interpret design briefs effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
