Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential clients to showcase our interior design services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

2. Sales Strategy Execution:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Presentation and Negotiation:

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

5. Market Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
• Provide insights and feedback to the team to refine service offerings.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industries.

• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• A keen eye for design and an understanding of interior design concepts (preferred).
