Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Pattern Maker with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Deebaco

As a Pattern Maker, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into technical specifications for production

This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker

Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes

Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical patterns

Knowledge of grading and marking techniques

Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy

Good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Create and modify patterns based on design requirements

Collaborate with designers to ensure patterns accurately reflect the desired design

Ensure patterns are technically precise, with accurate grading and marking

Conduct fit sessions to test and refine patterns

Make adjustments to patterns based on feedback from fit sessions

Communicate any pattern-related issues or concerns to the production team

Maintain accurate records of patterns and revisions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pattern making techniques
