The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment
Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates for various roles
Strong understanding of the fashion industry and its recruitment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Stay updated on industry trends and utilize innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities
