About Decentro. Decentro is a Y-Combinator backed banking & payments infrastructure company. Decentro provides building blocks that help companies stitch their fintech workflows in a few weeks. Responsibilities -. Must : 3-5 years of experience preferrably in a B2B or SAAS based organization
As an Ops executive, you will review and reconcile our customers' financial transactions from time to time, in line with the company's policies and best operating standards
Promptly respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
As part of our Customer Success & operations team, you will set the best practices for streamlining communication between us, our partners (banks & financial institutions) as well as our customers
Create or use plugins and tools that help you automate your day to day efforts as much as possible
Additionally, you will work closely with the operations head / team leads / senior customer success leaders in the team to pre-empt and prepare for all scenarios as per our customer categories and usecases
Requirements -. Customer service, Solutions, operations and product driven mindset
Have handled financial/transactional operations independently or in a small team earlier for a company. Proactive and solution-orientated, able to use initiative and work independently. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are endlessly curious about and excited by technology and know that there are usually smarter folks in the room and you're eager to learn from them. Have great communication skills to handle the communication with our partners and banks
High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers, MIS
