Who we are ; Modulus Housing
Inspired by the idea of redefining what's possible in construction, at Modulus Housing we're not just building structures; we're revolutionising the entire process - delivering unmatched quality, unprecedented speed, innovative design and making things sustainable. We believe everyone deserves access to world-class environments, whether it's homes, schools, healthcare centres, etc.
What we do: We build modules that can be joined to form a building. Our standardised modules are manufactured in the factory and come with built-in plumbing and electrical lines. Right now, we have two modules (Foldable and flatpack) that were designed to be set up anywhere quickly and affordable. We used our modules to do some good.
1000+ hospitals across 21 states in India.
100+ facilities built for farmers as micro-factories.
20+ cabins for children in rural areas as schools.
All this in within 18 months, taking an average of 12 hours to design, build, transport and deploy a cabin. And we feel like we have just started!!
