Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource (HR) professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in HR, specifically in these two core areas, to help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing strategies for talent management to ensure the continuous growth and development of our employees. You will play a key role in creating a high-performing workforce, aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring the best-fit candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top talent for open positions.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards, as needed.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the organization.
  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.

2. Talent Management:

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies to enhance employee performance, career development, and organizational growth.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address skill gaps, training needs, and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback, and goal-setting.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention through recognition programs, learning opportunities, and career progression initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on career development, succession planning, and employee performance issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and suggest improvements as needed.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and managers to identify talent needs and drive organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with candidates, employees, and leadership.
  • Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and address talent gaps and performance issues.
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
