Manager/Sr. Manager

You will be responsible for advising DESRI on general transactional matters and supporting a dynamic commercial team. In doing so, you will work with deal teams, asset managers, and attorneys in other offices of DESRI to respond to ongoing matters related to the portfolio, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating wide range of project contracts such as financing agreements, amendments to and consents under financing arrangements (including with debt, tax equity, and/or equity investors), EPC, O&M agreements, consultant agreements, services agreements, and other types of agreements to support various phases (including development, financing, construction, and operational) of our solar, wind, and storage projects. Additionally, you will also provide education and training on various topics, including the company s legal policies and procedures, and assist in the training and development of the business teams by expanding their understanding of legal and compliance frameworks, trade-offs, and associated documentation.
