Senior Specialist

You will be involved in shaping and implementing the firm s CSR strategies in compliance with CSR laws and in alignment with the firm s focus areas. You will assess and recommend potential projects, considering their long-term impact and feasibility. Accordingly, you will follow a thorough due diligence process to ensure that the selected programs are scalable, sustainable, and innovative. You will be responsible for engaging with non-profits and fostering partnerships to enhance the impact of CSR efforts. You will ensure effective program management and timely execution of projects, along with reporting the impact of CSR activities. Additionally, you will be involved in encouraging employee participation in CSR activities and initiatives. You will organize volunteer programs, fundraising events, workshops, donation drives, and more to promote a culture of social responsibility and sustainability within the firm. You will be required to stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in CSR. You will be expected to incorporate innovative approaches and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
