Program Manager/Lead, Program Management (PMO)

We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team based in Hyderabad. The team aligns with technical project managers to support Cloud, AI, and Site Reliability verticals while also conducting business analysis. The team is involved in planning and execution of projects, identifying and mitigating related risks, managing business and operational processes, providing analytical support, and enhancing visibility into operations.

In this role, you will work closely with technical program managers on Cloud, AI, Site Reliability, and related verticals. As part of Cloud, you will be involved in automating billing reports, triaging incoming requests into issues, operations, and projects, while managing a project board. As part of AI, you will automate the generation of usage statistics, identify and correspond usage pattern changes with feature launches, and respond to analytics queries from management groups while supporting India-specific communications. As part of Site Reliability, you will triage requests for user-facing products and services, manage user-satisfaction surveys, share an analysis of results with the PM, and ensure cross-site alignment of contributors. Additionally, you will draft periodic metric-driven reports on operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity for Site Reliability Engineering and Helpdesk teams.
