You are responsible for giving clear and transparent transaction record in real time.
Key responsibilities:
All VTS need to be opened and closed as per the transactions.
PO creation in D365 for Rajpura and Assam.
Purchase tracking in D365 for Assam and Rajpura
Track, book and communicate all the transactions related to external production anywhere.
Coordination with Production
Coordination with QA/QC
Coordination with assam operations team.
Coordination with all the coordinators.
Join daily/weekly/monthly progress and update meetings.
Preparation of meeting minutes and sharing after the meeting.
Checking physical stock with system
Checking supplier s bill as per purchase made.
Helping in day closing with various departments
Education:
Education:
- Min graduate in any steam
- Min1-2 years of experience in similar role, should have good knowledge of computer, ERP MS Office etc.
