Key responsibilities
Identify and source qualified IT professionals who are on bench through various channels.
Engage with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess their skill sets and experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify client requirements and align suitable candidates.
Execute effective bench sales strategies to place qualified IT professionals into client projects.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through successful placement of candidates.
Consistently provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring smooth and positive experiences.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to expand candidate reach and improve sourcing capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and build long-term partnerships.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment and sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to candidate and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards in the recruitment and placement process.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in US IT staffing and bench sales, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the IT staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including various technologies, trends, and skill sets in demand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build client relationships.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment and sales tools such as applicant tracking systems, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable candidate placements and client agreements.
Sound knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in documentation and process management.
Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications in recruitment and sales strategies are a plus.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
