IT and Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and other required documentation.
• Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Skills Required :

• 2+ gears of project management experience preferred (working in a Digital Web Agency).
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with project management software's like Asana, JIRA, etc.
• Technically competent with various tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience of handling open-source technology-based projects like Drupal, Magento etc.,
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including internal teams, clients, and other departments.
• Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
• Able to complete successful projects that are on schedule and receive high satisfaction results.
• Able to deviate from standard/established PM methodologies to accomplish dynamic project completion, while still maintaining quality and brand compliance.
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
