Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new mortgage loans from existing and new clients by providing exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely loan disbursement and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial products like LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans.
  
• Source new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in BFSI sector, preferably in Mortgage Loans.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for acquiring new clients.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
