Digital Business Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conceptualize, Plan & Execute various digital initiatives to engage with High Networth Banking Clients.
• Build & Execute different engagement models/programs for various customer segments within the overall client base.
• Create various performance & productivity dashboards to monitor overall business growth.
• Manage & Lead annual business targets assigned for digital business unit.
• Work with various internal stakeholders including Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, BIU, Product & various third party vendors & partners.
• Design & Execute various direct to consumer marketing campaigns.
• Enable other business units with multiple digital interventions to deepen client engagements & relationships.
• Create various documents & manuals for internal approvals & record keeping.

Job summary

• Individual role responsible for delivering Business growth by working on D2C & B2B digital models.
• Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Lead & manage various end to end key digital projects.
• Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives
• Understand various digital initiatives & practices being used/adapted across financial service industry.
• Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof
