Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying nurturing existing key corporate relationships build new relations with developers Retailers
Setting up meetings with key decision-makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements, assess client requirements, initiate maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions
Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, and other sources
Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates particularly focussing on sourcing origination of quality land supply
Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside to conclude real estate transactions with efficiency
Networking with real estate intermediaries, Landowners, and local brokers for identifying business opportunities
Assess client requirements Execute Transactions Option Sourcing of Retail properties, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations Legal, Closure
Management or Leasing transactions, option renewals, critical date management, and transnational requirements
Negotiation of market rent reviews as instructed and approved by the client with a view to achieving operational savings

Highly motivated

Ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and manage a high-performing team
Ability to negotiate sales and lease clauses
