Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless application experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students and their families via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide detailed information about our programs, eligibility, and admission process.
• Lead Management: Follow up with inquiries, nurture leads, and ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.
• Campus Engagement: Conduct campus tours, open house events, and information sessions to showcase the universitys offerings.
• Application Guidance: Assist students in filling out applications, verifying required documents, and ensuring timely submission.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to enhance student engagement strategies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide timely reports on admission trends.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed student enrollment targets by driving a proactive approach in student engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Education, or Business).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach to achieving admission targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for lead management.
