Job Purpose

• This role would be responsible for ensuring the handling of all Legal MIS and Data Management. Prepare proper MIS and Presentations as and when required

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation and control of Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS and customized reports
• Analysis of MIS Reports, follow up and coordination with stake holders to ensure timely flow of MIS
• Highlight gaps and deviations and seek explanations from respective functions
• Design and develop customized applications to provide reports using Excel Pivot tables, advanced formulas, Excel VBA, Tableau & BI tools
• Ensure error free reporting and TAT adherence of all reports
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Prepare dashboards & presentation for meetings.
• Keeping proper MIS and data updation
• Participate in the development of transparent and legally sound process and policies.

Requirement

• Graduate in any Degree
• 8+ years of experience in managing MIS & reporting especially in Banking/NBFC
• Excellent MIS and analytical skills
