Role Responsibilities

• Well experienced in review, analyse and evaluate business requirements and user needs
• Well experienced in document requirements define scope and objectives and formulate systems
• Well versed in Agile practices
• Ability to work independently and with others, extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Requirements

• Cards Platforms Techno functional experiance (Ex: VisionPLUS, Card+, HPS)
• To Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements
• Collaborate well with users, development, and test team to make sure delivery meets user requirement
• Basic knowledge in SQL to analyse data. Extensive knowledge of Trading, Equities domain
• Must have Market Data in Trading extensive knowledge to pen out and drive solutions based on BA.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitive
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banks/Financial industries working on Equities, Market Data
• Hands on experience as business analyst with understanding of functional;/domain knowledge and data
• Good knowledge of consumer banking products and related front end/middle office/back-end processes
• Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
• Good in preparing Data Mapping documents and Data Profiling Analysis
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, MCA (or equivalent master s degree)
