We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Scrum Leader I to join our Structured Debt Engineering team. This role is located in Pune-MH, HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Respond to support enquiries and BAU requests, taking ownership across the SDLC including problem analysis, development and testing
• Perform analysis to understand the business problems, technical challenges and be able to propose a solution.
• Ensure changes are tested, documented as well as code and security reviewed as appropriate.
• Code as part of a team with frequent peer reviews.
• Present information concisely to individuals within and outside of the Technology function.
• Collaborate regularly with other engineers as well as front-office traders and portfolio managers to ensure we re always working on what s most valuable to the business.
• Show initiative and creativity in researching solutions to technology problems.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot development experience, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
• Java (8 to 17) Docker / Containerization. Spring framework
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Gradle / Artifactory / TeamCity).
• Web services and REST API design.
• Distributed version control systems (ideally Git).
• Databases (SQL Server).
• You understand and believe in the fundamentals: OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Code.
• C# / .NET knowledge is a plus.
• Angular knowledge is a plus.
