Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint and IT Systems Administrator to design, configure, and maintain device management and security protocols across the organization. This role will focus on administering Microsoft Intune and related technologies to ensure compliance, security, and seamless device operations in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities:

• Device Management:
• Configure and implement compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune across Windows and Mac devices.
• Manage and deploy applications to remote devices.
• Perform Intune enrollment for devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• System Administration:
• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies in Intune across devices and cloud applications.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with SysAdmin, ITOps, and Information Security teams to define standards and security measures for device management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Security and Compliance:
• Apply security patches and perform updates to maintain system integrity.
• Ensure security and data integrity through regular backups and antivirus management.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation and Vendor Management:
• Maintain documentation related to Intune administration and IT systems.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services and procurement.
• Cloud Management:
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud management and solution deployment.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Intune and Windows Administrator or a similar role.
• Knowledge of device administration in Linux, macOS, and Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Skills:
• Familiarity with MDM, MEM, and other endpoint management tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications such as Endpoint Administrator and Windows Administrator or equivalent are a plus.
