Position Title : Endpoint and IT Systems Administrator

Location : Kochi, Kerala

Description :

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Endpoint and IT Systems Administrator to design, configure, and maintain device management and security protocols across our organization.

This role requires expertise in Microsoft Intune and related technologies to ensure efficient and secure operations for devices across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and enforce compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune for Windows and Mac devices.

- Manage and deploy applications to remote devices using Microsoft Intune.

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune, endpoint security, operating systems, software, and network problems.

- Perform device enrollment and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies in Intune and across cloud applications.

- Collaborate with SysAdmin, ITOps, and Information Security teams to define plans, standards, and security measures for device management, including patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.

- Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.

- Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud management and solution deployment.

- Manage asset inventory for IT hardware and software.

- Ensure data security through regular backups and antivirus management.

- Apply patches and updates to maintain system integrity.

- Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT Knowledge Base.

- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services and procurement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as an Intune and Windows Administrator or a similar role.

- Knowledge of device administration for Linux, MacOS, and Android platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Familiarity with MDM, MEM, and other endpoint management tools.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.

- Relevant certifications such as Endpoint Administrator and Windows Administrator are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
