NPI Engineer || Only Mobile Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Skilled in NPI process, documents and checklist.
• Good knowledge of mobile & its relevant parts structural & working phenomenon.
• Well Aware of new product process, handling, Line process flow, structural flow process of material and failure phenomenon.
• Good knowledge of documents BOM, PCN, ECN, NPI checklist & Fixture checklist
• SOP & process flow guidelines, manpower management as per process.
• Well aware of mobile manufacturing terminology & flow process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Tech / Diploma minimum 4- 5 years experience or advanced technical degree with less years of experience.
• Preferred Experienced Mobile /telecom/ manufacturing.
• Good communication skills verbal as well as written.
• Skilled in root cause analysis, 8D reports, PFMEA, Process mapping etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence rounded Thinker
• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., Mobile, Materials, SMT, Production, Manufacturing, and Electronics) or the equivalent in technical training courses and 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor or Masters Degree will offset the experience requirement by 3 years
