Job Description

• Inspection, repair, installation and alteration of District heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Install new air conditioning units by connecting them to their fuel, water, or refrigerant sources.
• Installed the auxiliary components of air conditioning and heating units, including their air ducts and discharge valves.
• Diagnosed problems in air conditioning units and performed the appropriate repairs.
• Troubleshot and repaired air conditioning equipment.
• Disassembled units, repaired broken components, and restored them to operating condition.
• Responsible for the installation of VRV VRF systems
• Retained careful and thorough maintenance and repair records.
• Repair and replacement of VRV-VRF spare parts, Chiller, fridge, Split AC & Window AC
