Oracle Fusion FCC Administrator L1

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Record and help resolve daily tickets promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and help resolve L1 issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor system performance and perform quarterly test cycle.
• Document all FCCS related activities for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on FCCS related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in managing Oracle EPM-FCCS and Oracle Fusion systems.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle EPM-FCCS and Oracle Fusion systems.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Possess strong leadership skills to manage a team and lead them in achieving their goals.
• Show proficiency in using various tools and technologies related to Oracle EPM-FCCS and Oracle Fusion systems.
• Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
