Roles and Responsibilities

• Draw detailed floor plans, using tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp, showing room dimensions, furniture placement, and circulation.
• Recommend and source furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept.
• Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that meet clients' expectations and fit within budget constraints.
  
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate measurements and installation of designed elements.
  
• Provide detailed cost estimates for materials, furnishings, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and showrooms to source materials, furniture, and accessories.
• Hiring & Managing Contractors: Coordinate with contractors, electricians, painters, and other professionals to ensure that the project is executed properly.
