Jr. Technician (Emergency)

1. Works with and assist physicians and nurses and provides technical support for patient care.

2. Reports on the condition of patients to the appropriate supervisor and other staff members.

3. Cleans and stocks carts, rooms and changes linen, as required.

4. Assists with transport of patients to other departments.

5. Assists with resuscitation / CPR and emergency airway procedures.

6. To operate CRRT machine as and when required.

7. Assists with obtaining and documentation of vital signs and placement of oxygen saturation, cardiac monitoring and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring systems.

8. Assist with wound care, insertion of Foley catheters and nasogastric tubes.

9. Decontaminates all equipments , instruments and supplies.

10. Assists with positioning patients, application of orthopedic splints and dressing.

11. Maintain use of appropriate medical equipment and supplies.

Qualification:-

B.Sc. Cardiac Technology from recognized university.
