Job Description:
- Dawn India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.
- As a leading customs brokerage and customs bonded warehousing firm, Dawn India provides comprehensive logistics solutions to clients across various industries.
- The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Hunt for new Customs brokerage, Customs bonded warehousing and Value-added services related business focusing on Imports.
- Build strategic partnerships leveraging our temperature-controlled facilities.
- Achieve annual individual sales targets
- Leverage own network to further establish partnerships.
- Strong team player, collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop the 3PL and 3PM client base
- Monthly commercial activity reporting in the form of a sales pipeline
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Creation & development of digital marketing content to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Represent Dawn India at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase services and build industry partnerships.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions.
