We are seeking an experienced Growth Specialist to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building ideal prospect lists and generating leads by running Campaigns on multiple channels such as Emails, LinkedIn etc. You will be maintaining, enriching, & updating the database of prospects via LinkedIn Prospecting, Account Based Prospecting, Data Mining, Web Scraping, Websites, Google, social media, and all other relevant channels to generate interest and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
Research, analyze, build, and track a database of B2B prospects and leads using various tools like LinkedIn etc.
Build and maintain Customer Master Database based on defined firmographic, environmental, and behavioral attributes of accounts that are expected to become the companys most valuable customers. Use trusted databases and directories like to build and maintain data like company, business name, email address, location, company size, employee name, title, etc.
Maintain the Customer Master database with all transactions on CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.
Build email lists from the prospects database for the campaigns after discussions with the Practice leads, Sales leads etc.
Run Campaigns on different channels such as LinkedIn, Emails, Cold Calls etc.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a similar role in B2B Sales, especially in the IT space.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Software, or a related field.
Well-versed with tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
Experience in Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Rapportive Extension, Zoominfo.com, Hunter.io, Data.com, Angel.co, Crunchbase Pro, and Mailtester.com, etc. will be valued.
Should have experience in Data Extraction, Generating leads via email and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of software services. Prior experience in the IT industry will be a huge plus.
