Information Security Officer

Position Overview:
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading and managing the organization's overall security strategy, ensuring the protection of employees, assets, infrastructure and information. The CSO oversees physical security, cybersecurity, risk management, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
3. Manage and oversee security personnel, including training and development.
4. Coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed.
5. Develop and manage budgets for security-related expenses.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, threats, and best practices.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
8. Lead incident response and crisis management efforts.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into business operations.
10. Provide security guidance and advice to senior management and employees.
11. Providing all necessary information to clients on our Security policies, and assessments and certifications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field.
2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of security experience, with 5 years in a leadership role (team lead etc.).
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security programs.
4. Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication
