Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating detailed HVAC models and drawings for data center projects. This role involves working closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and efficient HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of HVAC systems using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accuracy of designs.
Prepare and review HVAC schematics, ductwork layouts, piping diagrams, and equipment placement for data center projects.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input to optimize HVAC designs.
Update and maintain HVAC models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the coordination of HVAC systems with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, structural, IT infrastructure).
Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC modeling/design, preferably in data center or similar industrial/commercial projects.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard tools.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating models and drawings.
