As a Project Coordinator , you will assist the construction project management team in planning, executing, and delivering data center projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that project activities are organized and completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including construction teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist project managers and engineers in planning, tracking, and documentation for data center construction projects.
Maintain project schedules and coordinate meetings, updates, and reports.
Prepare and organize project documents, including contracts, permits, construction plans, RFIs, and change orders.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Track project risks and help implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
Serve as a communication hub between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are up-to-date on project status and changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably within the data center or critical infrastructure industry.
Strong understanding of construction project management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Knowledge of data center infrastructure and construction practices is a plus.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
