What do we want you to do:
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company s business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational growth and transformation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
  • Build and execute robust recruitment strategies to attract top-tier global talent.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career progression.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in India and the US.
  • Standardize HR processes globally while accommodating regional nuances.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive accountability and results.
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and training programs.
  • HRIS Implementation & Optimization:
  • Lead the transition from manual and Excel-based HR systems to a comprehensive HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Implement and optimize HRIS platforms to centralize HR master data, streamline performance management, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Train HR teams and employees on the effective use of HRIS tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures for multiple regions.
  • Regularly benchmark practices to attract and retain talent in the technology sector.
  • HR Technology & Analytics:
  • Leverage HR technologies for data-driven decision-making and automation.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Change Management:
  • Support change initiatives and manage HR aspects during mergers, acquisitions, or global expansions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team across India and the US.
  • Serve as a role model, fostering collaboration between regional teams.
What would help make your case:
  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global technology company.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR operations across India and the US.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms to replace manual systems, particularly for HR master data and performance management processes.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, practices, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
