Strategic HR Leadership:

What would help make your case:
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global technology company.
Proven expertise in managing HR operations across India and the US.
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms to replace manual systems, particularly for HR master data and performance management processes.
Strong understanding of global employment laws, practices, and trends.
