Government Sales Executive / Government Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and fill out government tenders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all documents related to tender submissions, including certifications, bids, and correspondence.
• Actively look for sales opportunities in the government sector by monitoring tenders, projects, and procurement plans.
• Build and maintain a database of relevant contacts in government departments.
• Regularly visit government officials to pitch company products and services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's electronic products and their applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, tender progress, and potential leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams for technical and administrative support when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduation or a related field (preferred).

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of work experience in government sales or related roles.
• Prior experience in the electronics industry is highly preferable.

• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of government tender processes and documentation requirements.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
