Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Hospital ERP Software solutions and related products.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments.
- Generate and qualify leads, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
- Drive business growth by successfully closing deals and expanding the customer base.
- Identify and evaluate target territories, compiling a qualified list of accounts for business expansion.
- Lead the response process for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and timely submissions.
- Develop persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales while ensuring favorable agreements and a positive client experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase software solutions and address client-specific challenges.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning, relationship management, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
- Oversee key account management activities, including timely payment collection and resolution of client concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or Hospital Information Software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Knowledge of Hospital ERP software solutions is preferred.
