Job description:

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Communication liaison: You are responsible for relaying information between executive team members and other staff members. Analyst attends board meetings, provides an overall picture of productivity to executives and stakeholders, and then transmits information to the department heads.

- Consultation: As analyst you provide data analysis and metrics of the company's productivity to the executive team, then suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.

- Oversee daily operations: Your role includes working on the everyday action items that executive team members do not have time to carry out, such as working with department leaders on project coordination and business administration.

- Problem-solving: As data/business analyst, you wield decision-making power to identify employee issues and provide workable solutions, then communicate only the pertinent details to the executive team and board members, who may or may not follow up with additional direction.

- Project assessment and facilitation: Whenever the CXO or board members execute a new initiative or special project, you'll assess the risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the enterprise to completion. Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CXO and executives on special projects Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferably from Tier - 1 institute

- 5+ years in a business or executive management role

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

- Experience with data management

- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

- Proven success in a project coordination role

- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

- Strong project management and reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
